Daguma Agro Minerals Inc. (DAMI) is seeking approval for a major expansion of its coal operations in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato, proposing a ₱500-million project that would significantly ramp up extraction.
According to documents submitted to regulators, the company intends to increase annual coal production from 3 million to 5 million metric tons, citing the need to boost local supply amid rising prices and dependence on imported coal.
